Payment Terms:-
- 70% Advance with P.O.
- 20% on Delivery of Materials
- 10% at the time of charging and hand over.
A. Warranty: 25 Years on Solar Module, 5 Years on Inverter.
Certificate: Test/ Guarantee/ Warranty certificate will be provided at the time of submission of invoice.
B. Subsidy: From 1kW to 2kW Rs.30,000.00/kW and thereafter From 3kW and up to 10kW Rs.78,000.00, Customer will get Subsidy for 3kW Solar Project - Rs.78,000.00. State Subsidy From 1kW to 2kW Rs. 25,000.00/kW thereafter From 3kW and up to 10kW Rs. 60,000.00.
C. Net Metering and DISCOM Liasoning Cost - Extra as per actual

D. LR Enterprises shall be responsible for the following :
- Timeline is to be decided mutually at the time of finalization of project and conveyed via E-Mail Scope Details: -
- Engineering & Designing
- Material Procurement
- Transportation to work site
- MMS made from GI and anchor bolted on the roof
- Solar Module installation on MMS with GI Nut & Bolts on the Roof Top
- PCC structure on GI structure legs
- Solar module wiring till DCDB
- Wiring from DCDB till Inverter
- Inverter and Battery wiring
- Wiring from Inverter till ACDB
Generation Meter
E. Client shall be responsible for the following :
- Prompt payment to LR Enterprises as per the agreed milestones of the supply, works and O&M contracts
- Unencumbered access to site from date of acceptance of the proposal, during construction and during the scheduled operations and maintenance period.
- Connection to load is in Client's Scope
- Well Ventilated Storage for Inverter, Battery & ACDB
- Water and electricity for construction and cleaning/maintenance shall be provided free of cost to LR Enterprises during construction and during the operations period
- All Insurances for the plant shall be the responsibility of the client at their own cost.
- Net Meter and DISCOM Liasoning Cost.
Banking :
- Demand Draft (DD) or Cheque in Favour of "M/s LR Enterprises".
